Manager

Jake Keeton’s passion for nature and the ocean began long before joining Raggy Charters. Raised on a farm in the Eastern Cape between Makhanda (Grahamstown) and Port Alfred, he spent much of his youth exploring beaches, rivers, bays and game reserves. Fishing, hiking and outdoor adventures gave him a deep appreciation for the region’s wildlife and ecosystems. After completing a Tourism Management degree at Nelson Mandela University, Jake joined the Raggy Charters team in 2017. Since then, he has expanded his expertise by qualifying as a certified Marine Guide through the Field Guides Association of Southern Africa. Today he leads ocean safaris, educates visitors about marine ecosystems, and ensures that every guest enjoys a safe, informative and unforgettable experience on the water.
